WHAT’S NEXT

Some exciting changes are planned to enhance the existing public spaces, focusing on changes to the entrance ways to enhance the access routes through the campus with new paving, green walls and better lighting, along with improvements to the canal side and to Sheldon Square.

PADDINGTON TRAIL

4th November – 30th December

In celebration of London’s art, culture and innovation and the release of Paddington the Movie, visitlondon.com, the NSPCC and InPaddington have arranged a trail of life sized individually decorated Paddington Bears around London – The Paddington Trail. Paddington Central have sponsored a bear which will be located in Sheldon Square from the 4th November. Our bear has been designed by students of Westminster Academy, inspired by the works of Tom Phillips. An exhibition of submissions along with Elgar from the Composer series by the artist will be displayed in the Paddington Central Management Office also from the 4th November.

OCCUPIER CHOIR

3rd December

We are inviting occupiers to join together and sing carols in Sheldon Square to raise money for a charity of their choice. The event will be held on Wednesday 3rd December with performances taking place at 12pm. PIP SUPPORT

7th December

PIP is inviting everyone to take part in this year’s Santa Dash Event on Sunday 7th December. The 5km or 10km race is taking place at Victoria Park. On registration (£25 per place) all runners will be given a free full Santa costume to wear throughout the race and to keep. The Book People will be returning on Tuesday 9th December in 2 Kingdom Street reception between 11.30 & 14.30 to help with your Christmas goodies. They offer a great reduction on a fantastic range of books and 10% of profits will go towards a local charity.

REINDEER PARADE

17th December

We will have some special guests on four legs. Alongside our market and free mulled wine & hot chocolate we will be hosting 4 hoofed friends to feed and pet. There will also be an opportunity for sleigh rides around the estate in the afternoon from 3 – 5pm.
