12x3 Gym have two new training camps to whip you into shape for the year ahead.
Make Weight Training Camp - starting 7 January
A 12-week weight loss training programme that offers unlimited access to all 12x3 sessions, as well as one 'Burn' session per week. There will be diet plans, weekly weigh-ins and a final weigh-in.
Fight Night Training Camp - starting 7 January
Unlimited training at 12x3 and a weekly 'Boxing Squad only' session in preparation for Fight Night. There'll be sparring and training sessions, a pair of 16oz boxing gloves, your fight night kit, film and photography footage of your fight and the opportunity to invite guests to watch you compete.
