The food we put into our body has a tremendous impact on our health. In this talk, we’ll look at how food affects our physical health and mental wellbeing. We will discuss what constitutes ‘healthy eating’, what foods to eat more of and what foods to minimise or avoid. We will finish with some examples of healthy meals and snacks and practical tips for increased energy and productivity.
