Nutrition: the basics of healthy eating

The food we put into our body has a tremendous impact on our health. In this talk, we’ll look at how food affects our physical health and mental wellbeing. We will discuss what constitutes ‘healthy eating’, what foods to eat more of and what foods to minimise or avoid. We will finish with some examples of healthy meals and snacks and practical tips for increased energy and productivity.

We're pleased to welcome Jill, a nutritional therapist, for the talk. She helps people achieve and maintain a healthy diet and lifestyle – critical for optimal health and disease prevention. She provides personalised, science-based health programmes that address stressors and imbalances in the body. She has ten years of experience and has worked with clients from all over the world.
