We’ll discuss what to eat before and after training and when to eat to get the maximum performance from your training. We’ll also look at some common problems that can hinder your progress and keep your from reaching your health goals.
The talk will be led by Jill, a nutritional therapist who helps people achieve and maintain a healthy diet and lifestyle. She provides personalised, science-based health programmes that address stressors and imbalances in the body. With ten years of experience, she has worked with clients from all over the world.
