Led by Jill, a nutritional therapist who helps people achieve and maintain a healthy diet and lifestyle, this talk will help you to take control of your stress and boost your resilience through proper nutrition and lifestyle habits. With ten years of experience, she provides personalised, science-based health programmes that address stressors and imbalances in the body and has worked with clients from all over the world.
