Nutrition for Women's Performance at Work

Join us on 4 March in Storey Club as we celebrate International Women's Day with a special talk, which forms part of The Sessions at Storey Club

Put your lunch break to good use as we discuss how to improve female performance at work, simply by altering the food and drink you consume throughout the working day. In this talk, our nutrition expert will discuss how different foods regulate energy levels and delve into the effects of caffeine, the overstimulation of the adrenal system and its effects on energy regulation. We will also be discussing the effects of food on the brain and cognitive function to equip you with everything you need to know to perform optimally at work.

Whilst this talk is tailored to women's nutrition, the session is open to everyone.
