Panel Discussion: How Urban Design Engages Communities

To celebrate Paddington Central’s first year as an official London Design Festival Design Route, we are delighted to announce the arrival of the innovative and thought-provoking Snøhetta Book Pavilion on Kingdom Street.

To mark the occasion, please join us for a breakfast panel discussion on Monday, 17 September at 8.30am. The topic for discussion will be: How Urban Design Engages Communities. It will take place at 2 Kingdom Street, Level 2, Paddington Central and there will be contributions from a panel of experts including:

  • Lewis Kinneir, Associate at Carmody Groarke
  • Simon Ewings, Deputy Managing Director and Project Director at Snøhetta
  • Akil Scafe-Smith, Public Practice Associate at Croydon Council
  • Jack Swanson, former RCA student who worked on Residential Build of the Future
  • Douglas Murphy, Tutor, Architecture at Royal College of Art
