There is no food waste; it's all a material!
Around 30% of edible produce is wasted during the supply chain. But there's no end to its uses: from mould-derived materials stronger than concrete to nutritious drinks such as kombucha.
In this talk, Ande Gregson, founder of the Agritech incubator and Green Lab thinktank, will be sharing his insights into how we will be using food waste to change the way we live in the future.
