We are delighted to launch our new fitness programmes at 'Fitness Central'. Our autumn sessions will launch for 10 weeks from 16 September and each programme will focus on your mind & body, and getting you feeling fit and healthy.
We have four fitness programmes to choose from, Floating Yoga (on a canal barge), Running Club, Boxing Club and Cardio Club - all at various times so you can fit a workout around your work!
The group training sessions are led by a personal trainer or qualified instructor, where you’ll receive one-to-one expert advice and smash your fitness goals.
Open to all abilities, it’s just £20 for 10 weeks and all funds are donated to All Stars Boxing Gym, a local charity providing boxing training, leisure pursuits and mentoring programmes to disadvantaged young people and families.

Join the Fitness Central Floating Yoga on The Electric Barge at Paddington Central this autumn.
The 10 week programme led by Hatha Yoga teacher, Anais Alvarado, will aim to increase your flexibility and strength whilst creating a space of quiet contemplation and meditation on the undulating canal waters.
Open to all abilities; the yoga programme will run on Tuesdays at 6-7pm, starting on Tuesday 17th September until Thursday 19th November.
Running Club | Grand Union Canal Paddington | Wednesdays 12:15-1pm
Join the Fitness Central Running Club this autumn, and journey along the scenic canal paths of Paddington Central & Little Venice. Workout in a small group that meets every Wednesday lunchtime for 10 weeks, with British triathlon coach and personal trainer, Soraya Merrylees. The interval and technique training is a perfect opportunity to get yourself out of the office, meet other like-minded runners and enjoy the fresh air.
Open to all abilities; the fitness programme will run on Wednesdays at 12.15-1pm, starting on Wednesday 18th September until Wednesday 20th November.

Boxing Club | TwelveThree, 19 Sheldon Square | Wednesdays 6-7pm
Join the Fitness Central Boxing Club at Paddington Central's popular TwelveThree Fitness gym this autumn.
Over the next 10 weeks, you'll be taken through non contact sequences and total body workouts including pad work, drills and circuit with professional coaches from TwelveThree Fitness. Whether you're a beginner or have boxed before, you'll be in the best hands and adopt a champion mindset to your training.
Open to all abilities; the fitness programme will run on Wednesdays at 6-7pm, starting on Wednesday 18th September until Wednesday 20th November.

Cardio Club | 4 Kingdom St Roof Garden at Paddington Central | Thursdays 5.45-6.30pm
Join the Fitness Central Cardio Club at Paddington's exclusive roof garden this autumn.
Workout in a small group for 10 weeks with personal trainer, Chris Smith, and improve your balance, stability, core strength and cardiovascular fitness in this programme of high intensity classes.
The outdoor training sessions are a great stress reliever after a long day in the office and will leave you feeling more energetic than ever.
Open to all abilities; the fitness programme will run on Thursdays at 5.45-6.30pm, starting on Thursday 19th September until Thursday 21st November.
