100% Renewable Energy
We’re proud to say 100% of the electricity and gas we buy for Paddington Central customers comes from certified renewable sources.
Since 2019, we have achieved 19% reduction in energy use across our campus, saving 2,000 tonnes of carbon.*

Zero Waste to Landfill
Since 2014, 100% of the waste we manage for Paddington Central customers has been diverted from landfill, with over 1,400+ tonnes being recycled, equivalent to the weight of more than 120 double-decker buses.
We’re always looking for new ways to continuously improve waste management, such as encouraging reusability and collaborating with local organisations to find innovative waste reduction and diversion solutions.
Independent Certifications
We have achieved the ISO 14001 Environmental Management System certification for all commercial spaces at Paddington Central.
This is an internationally recognised standard that provides a framework for organisations to protect the environment, respond to changing environmental conditions, and balance socio-economic needs.
